Some insurance companies cover certain vision therapy services such as new patient evaluations, but not all plans cover vision therapy treatment. Our office is out-of-network with commercial medical insurance and therefore payment is due at time of service. Our office accepts Flexible Spending Account cards and Health Savings Account cards, which can be used for pre-tax dollar savings.

We provide you with itemized statements that include ICD diagnosis code(s) and CPT procedure code(s) for potential insurance reimbursement. We recommend that patients contact their insurance company to verify their specific benefits and eligibility for vision therapy coverage.
